The results are often very good. This type of reconstruction is almost always possible, even in complex cases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The dorsalis flap provides sufficient tissue to ensure a natural curve to your reconstruction. The result is natural. Depending on the thickness of the flap and the volume of the breast to be reconstructed, it may be necessary to add a prosthesis or to perform <\/span><b>lipofilling<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The removal of the flap does not cause any functional sequelae (no limitation of arm movements), but it leaves a horizontal scar of about 15 cm in the back, located at the height of the bra strap.
