What is a composite breast augmentation?

This technique is proposed whenever an implant is required to obtain the desired volume and a filling would improve the result.

The fillings are used either as a first intention, during the installation of the prosthesis, or secondarily to correct defects.

• To hide the contours of the prostheses in the neckline or on the sides
• To bring together breasts that are too far apart
• To avoid putting the prostheses, behind the pectoral muscles
• To reduce the size of the prostheses and have the most natural look and feeling possible
• To avoid a recurrence of a shell

Modalities of the procedure for a composite breast augmentation

• The procedure begins with liposuction
• Then the implants are placed
• In a sitting position, the breast is sculpted by fat injections around the prostheses
• A compression garment is placed at the end of the procedure on the areas where the fat has been suctioned.
• One night in hospital
• Sore and bruised breasts and liposuction areas for 15 days to three weeks.
